One repeats just as the mu-aththin (one who calls to prayer) says, except when he says:
ِحَـيَّ عَلَـى الصَّلاةِ (أَو) حَـيَّ عَلَـى الْفَـلاح
[Come to Prayer, or Come to Success]
Instead, one should say:
لَاحَـوْلَ وَلَا قُـوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّـه
La hawla wala quwwata illa billah
Translation
There is no might nor power except with Allah.
When to recite
During the adhan, at the call to prayer and success.

Immediately following the declaration of faith called by the Mu'adh-dhin, one says:
وَأَنَا أَشْـهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ وَحْـدَهُ لَا شَـرِيْكَ لَـه ، وَأَنَّ محَمّـداً عَبْـدُهُ وَرَسُـوْلُهُ ، رَضِيْـتُ بِاللهِ رَبَّـاً ، وَبِمُحَمَّـدٍ رَسُـوْلاً وَبِالإِسْلَامِ دِيْنَـاً
Wa ana ash-hadu an la ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, wa anna Muhammadan abduhu wa rasuluhu, radhitu billahi rabban, wa bi-Muhammadin rasulan, wa bil-islami dina
Translation
And I too bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner, and that Mohammed is His salve and Messenger. I am pleased with Allah as a Lord, and Mohammed as a Messenger and Islam as a religion.
When to recite
During the adhan, upon the testimony of faith.

One should then send prayers on the Prophet ﷺ after answering the call of the Mu'adh-dhin
اللَّهُـمَّ صَلِّ عَلَـى مُحمَّـدٍ، وَعَلَـى آلِ مُحمَّدٍ ، كَمَـا صَلَّيْـتَ عَلَـى إبْرَاهِـيْمَ وَعَلَـى آلِ إبْرَاهِـيْمَ ، إِنَّـكَ حَمِـيْدٌ مَجِـيْد
اللَّهُـمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَـى مُحمَّـدٍ، وَعَلَـى آلِ مُحمَّـدٍ ، كَمَـا بَارَكْتَ عَلَـى إبْرَاهِـيْمَ وَعَلَـى آلِ إبْرَاهِـيْمَ ، إِنَّـكَ حَمِـيْدٌ مَجِـيْد
Allaahumma salli 'alaa Muhammadin wa 'alaa 'aali Muhammadin, kamaa sallayta 'alaa 'Ibraaheema wa 'alaa 'aali 'Ibraaheema, 'innaka Hameedun Majeed.
Allaahumma baarik 'alaa Muhammadin wa 'alaa 'aali Muhammadin, kamaa baarakta 'alaa 'Ibraaheema wa 'alaa 'aali 'Ibraaheema, 'innaka Hameedun Majeed.
Translation
O Allah, bestow Your favor on Mohammed and on the family of Mohammed as You have bestowed Your favor on Ibrahim and on the family of Ibrahim. You are Praiseworthy, Most Glorious. O Allah, bless Mohammed and the family of Mohammed as You have blessed Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim, You are Praiseworthy, Most Glorious.

After answering the call of the Mu'adh-dhin

اللَّهُـمَّ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الدّعْـوَةِ التَّـامَّةِ وَالصَّلَاةِ القَـائِمَةِ آتِ محَـمَّداً الوَسِيْـلَةَ وَالْفَضِـْيلَةَ وَابْعَـثْهُ مَقَـامـاً مَحْـمُوْداً الَّذِيْ وَعَـدْتَهُ إِنَّـكَ لَا تُـخْلِفُ الْمِيْـعَاد
Allāhumma rabba hādhihi 'd-da'wati 't-tāmmah waṣ-ṣalāti 'l-qā'imah, 'āti Muhammadani 'l-wasīlata walfaḍīlata, wab 'ath-hu maqāma 'm-mahmūdani 'l-ladhī wa`adtahu, 'innaka lā tukhliful-mī'ād
Translation
O Allah, Owner of this perfect call and Owner of this prayer to be performed, bestow upon Mohammed Al-Waseelah and Al-Fadeelah and send him upon a praised platform which You have promised him. Verily, You never fail in Your promise.

After the adhan ends.

Al-Waseelah: A station in paradise.
Al-Fadeelah: A rank above the rest of creation.
Praised Platform: One in which all of creation will praise him on, in order to bring about the account quickly and be relieved from the lengthy standing or the role of intercession.
