Evening remembrance — affirming Allaah’s oneness
لَا إِلَـهَ إِلَّا اللَّـهُ وَحْـدَهُ لَا شَـرِيكَ لَـهُ، لَـهُ الْمُـلْكُ وَلَـهُ الْحَمْـدُ، وَهُـوَ عَلَـى كُلِّ شَـيْءٍ قَدِيـرٌ
(مائة مرة)
Lā ilāha illa llāhu waḥdahu lā šarīka lah, lahu l-mulku wa lahu l-ḥamd, wa huwa ‘alā kulli šay’in qadīr. (one hundred times)
Translation
None has the right to be worshipped except Allaah, alone, without partner, to Him belongs all sovereignty and praise, and He is over all things omnipotent.
When to recite
In the evening , one hundred times daily.
Footnote
Whoever says this in the evening gains the like reward and is in a safe retreat from the devil until the morning.
