بِسْمِ اللهِ، اللهُ أَكْبَر، اللّهُمَّ هَذَا...
بِسْمِ اللهِ، اللهُ أَكْبَر، اللّهُمَّ هَذَا مِنْكَ وَلَكَ
Bismil-lah, Allahu akbar, allahumma hatha minka walak
Translation
In the name of Allah, Allah is the Greatest. O Allah, this is from You and for You.

Recited when slaughtering an animal for Udhiya (sacrifice) or food.
