Dua when seeing something pleasing
الحَمْـدُ للهِ الَّذي بِنِعْمَتِـهِ تَتِمُّ الصّـالِحات
الحَمْـدُ للهِ الَّذي بِنِعْمَتِـهِ تَتِمُّ الصّـالِحات
Alhamdu lillahil-lathee biniAAmatihee tatimmussalihat
Translation
All praise is for Allah by Whose favour good works are accomplished.
When to recite
Recited when seeing something that pleases you.
