رَبِّ اغْفِـرْ لي، وَتُبْ عَلَـيَّ، إِنَّكَ...
رَبِّ اغْفِـرْ لي، وَتُبْ عَلَـيَّ، إِنَّكَ أَنْـتَ التَّـوّابُ الغَـفور
Rabbigh-fir lee watub AAalay, innaka antat-tawwabul-ghafoor
Translation
O my Lord, forgive me and turn towards me in repentance. Verily You are The Oft-Returning, The Oft-Forgiving.
When to recite
The Prophet used to say this one hundred times at any one sitting before getting up.
